Description of problem:

usermode/consolehelper is deprecated since Fedora has a better framework now
called PolicyKit. Please switch to using that instead

Added 'FutureFeature' keyword to avoid rawhide base

Normally, I would close my BZ #1145813 report as a dup of this report.  However, I provided patches which implement the feature so I am going to close this bug as a dup of mine.
