When I run "repoquery --requires deluge", it tells me
  rb_libtorrent-python >= %{min_rblibtorrent_ver}

It looks like %{min_rblibtorrent_ver} wasn't defined at build-time.

Oopsie. Thanks for the bug report. Fixed in CVS, and building in Koji now. :)

deluge-1.1.9-2.fc11 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 11.

deluge-1.1.9-2.fc11 has been pushed to the Fedora 11 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
 If you want to test the update, you can install it with
