Dear Imamura-san,

We are proposing a fix for RHEL5.5 and RHEL4.9. 

As our engineer said in the comment, the fixes would be:
1. changing DEFAULT_PIDLOG
2. Changing the init file is no problem

But, our engineer would put a comment in the httpd.conf from RHEL6 but not
from the next minor releases.
