Comment 3 Jeremy Katz 2009-07-29 19:59:37 UTC
I didn't see this with the rawhide I tried the other day. Will look again in the tree I'm building right now...

Comment 4 Jeremy Katz 2009-07-30 14:10:01 UTC
Okay, this seems to be x86_64 specific.

/tmp/keepfile* has the files listed for the theme, though. So something's going wrong in the file finding loop at the end of expandPackageSet() in scripts/upd-instroot

Comment 5 Chris Lumens 2009-07-31 14:46:20 UTC
Jeremy has a potential fix for this committed, but not yet built.

Comment 6 Clyde E. Kunkel 2009-08-01 18:46:05 UTC
not fixed in 12.7

Comment 7 Todd 2009-08-02 18:57:10 UTC
Is this why I can not see the mouse pointer during install?

Comment 8 James Laska 2009-08-03 12:42:29 UTC
Thanks for the feedback Clyde.

Moving back to ASSIGNED.

Comment 11 Jesse Keating 2009-08-07 01:56:03 UTC
Discovered the issue and send a patch upstream. Will be in next build of anaconda.

Comment 12 Clyde E. Kunkel 2009-08-08 19:49:25 UTC
12.11 still no initial cursor....

Comment 13 Jesse Keating 2009-08-09 22:54:23 UTC
Cursor is a different bug. 514274 actually. It was thought to be a dupe, but the problem actually exists elsewhere.

Comment 14 Jesse Keating 2009-08-11 18:27:28 UTC
Confirmed in rawhide as fixed.
