Description of problem:
The battery monitor plasmoid in KDE4.3rc3 loses the ability to estimate how much battery life is remaining in terms of time, not percent (ie, 4:13 hours remaining)

How reproducible:
Regression

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add battery monitor Plasmoid.
2. click it to bring up the information panel
  
Actual results:
No time remaining information on the information panel.

Expected results:
Time remaining information on the panel as it was in KDE4.2.4

This got disabled upstream due to supposedly not working well enough:

Quite a bold assertion, considering showing remaining time has been done for ages in pretty much all the power management interfaces around (and the time which is displayed comes (through Solid) from HAL which is presumably where all the previous interfaces got it from as well).

Yeah, i've never had any issues with it.

Just tried manually adding
showRemainingTime=false 
to my plasma-desktop-appletsrc, didn't seem to make a difference (tried =true too).
