Description of problem:
There is a bare expect (likely many) that makes debugging osad very painful. Even running with 'osad -vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv.... etc' doesn't allow this traceback to be presented.

Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to debug SSL issues with osad.
  
Actual results:
No useful information.

Expected results:
Useful information ... especially with an elevated debug level.

Additional info:
The bare except that caught most of my SSL issues is: osad.py:153 I had to remove that bare except to diagnose SSL issues.
