Description of problem:
When move mouse to gnome main menu item,the tips box pop up.Then move mouse to the tips box, the area of the box is erased,where is the next menu item.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click gnome main menu and move mouse to the second last menu item
2.a tips box pop up
3.move mouse to tips box area(the last menu item),the area go bank and finally left last menu item on desktop
  
Actual results:
tips box area is erased

Expected results:
tips box go away and show the lower

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 12 development cycle.
Changing version to '12'.

X bug triggered by changes to the gtk2 tooltip code - has been worked around in gtk2.
