The BUG works both under gnome and kde, additionally i tried to install with vesa driver and it's still there. Thanks for the bug report. We have reviewed the information you have provided above, and there is some additional information we require that will be helpful in our diagnosis of this issue. Please attach your X server config file (/etc/X11/xorg.conf, if available), output of the dmesg command, and X server log file (/var/log/Xorg.*.log) to the bug report as individual uncompressed file attachments using the bugzilla file attachment link below. We will review this issue again once you've had a chance to attach this information. Thanks in advance. Created attachment 369639 [details]

latest dmesg #3
I think freshest dmesg just after the jerkyness appeared.

First dmesg just after the installation started and the mouse cursor behaved as described
I also wanted to add that the mouse cursor is very often "pulled?" to the bottom of the screen and also i can't move it left or right. I can move the cursor left or right ONLY if i also move the cursor UP or DOWN. I can notice a somewhat similar patter with dmesg and i guess nouveau is here to blame. Every time the jerkyness appeared dmesg showed this. [drm] nouveau 0000:01:00.0: PGRAPH_ERROR - nSource: PROTECTION_ERROR DMA_R_PROTECTION, nStatus: [drm] nouveau 0000:01:00.0: PGRAPH_ERROR - Ch 2/4 Class 0x8297 Mthd 0x15e0 Data 0x00000000:0x00000000 [drm] nouveau 0000:01:00.0: magic set 1: Created attachment 370107 [details]
Xorg.0.log for A4Tech X7
I think I've got the same issue. It's laptop. Touchpad behaves like it should, but mouse pointer moves to left upper edge of the screen when using my external mouse (laser, usb A4Tech X7). It has one roller and 6 usable buttons. There were no problems with this mouse on Fedora 11.
I've got no problems with other external, laser, usb mouse. It's fresh F12 installation.

dmesg for A4Tech X7
Then i guess this is mouse's fault? I got the X-750BF model. I was searching for the soultion somewhere and stumbled upon this patch (link), could you dear devs have a look at it? https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=31069 It was reported to work for them after that and it was the same issue that was reported but in arch. Also it has been already reported and they have an official fix? (i guess it's the one from above) https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24737 Created attachment 372394 [details]
Patch as found on freedesktop.org regarding that issue
