Description Mason Sanders 2009-11-23 18:53:27 UTC
Description of problem:
In previous Fedora releases there was a do nothing option in the power management properties for when the laptop lid was closed on AC power. This allowed me to dock my laptop and shut the lid and switch to dual monitors. I can still make the switch now, but if I shut the laptop lid I have to login again because blank screen is the closest option available.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-power-manager-2.28.1-5.fc12.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open power management properties
2. click on ac power tab
3. click on "when laptop lid is closed" dropdown

Actual results:
no "do nothing" option

Expected results:
should be a "do nothing" option
