Thanks four your report, Konstantin.
Perhaps you have noted the yellow warning from the automatic but reporting tool, that the backtrace is incomplete so please
- provide enough information for me to reproduce the crash or
- install the missing debuginfo packages with "debuginfo-install xfce4-xkb-plugin" and submit a full backtrace, because this one is not really helpful.

The first time I used abrt it told me which package in needed to debuginfo-install. This time it just said some were missing.
Installing it now, will repost abrt report when it happens again :)

abrt should install the packages for you, but it is a little buggy.

Looks like abrt doesn't properly check if bug already exists. See bug #547553
