This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 13 development cycle. Changing version to '13'. More information and reason for this action is here: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/HouseKeeping Fixed in ntp-4.2.6p1-0.1.rc5.fc14. ntp-4.2.6p1-1.fc13 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 13. http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/ntp-4.2.6p1-1.fc13 ntp-4.2.6p1-1.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 stable repository. Created attachment 378842 [details] Use grep instead of egrep egrep is deprecated (see man page and --help), the attached patch changes the "Fedora originated" files in ntp to use plain grep instead of it. (A bunch of egreps and fgreps remain in upstream files, mostly build related ones.)
