Description of problem:

Plugin /usr/lib64/pppd/2.4.4/nm-pptp-pppd-plugin.so is for pppd version 2.4.4, this is 2.4.5

FEI since 2.4.1

* When loading a plugin, pppd will now check the version of pppd for
  which the plugin was compiled, and refuse to load it if it is
  different to pppd's version string.

Which might be causing this..

1. Create a pptp vpn connection in NetworkManager
2. Try to connect

Additional info:

Downgrade ppp to 2.4.4-x fixes this issue..

Using NetworkManager-pptp from updates-testing would probably fix it too.
