Description of problem:

On December 25, 2009 the Bangladesh government decided to put the clock back 
by one hour on December 31 midnight and the new time will continue until 
March 31, 2010 midnight. 

To be able to comply with that a patch for Oracle Enterprise Linux 5 (and 
also other products) is needed.

Note that due to complaints the time change will take place one hour earlier. The proposed patch reflects this.
