Description Ralf Oltmanns 2010-01-22 16:07:53 UTC
abrt 1.0.3 detected a crash.

Comment: I started the system-config-printer gui as a regular user from the administration menu. At some point when asked for and providing root credentials, the gui crashed

reason: Process was terminated by signal 6 (Aborted)

Thanks for the report, but without backtrace it's not much useful.
Maybe it's ABRT's (Automatic Bug Reporting Tool) fault.
If you can reproduce the problem, report it again and make sure the backtrace is included.
Thanks

Could possibly be the samba bug if you'd been adding a new printer.

What does 'rpm -q samba-client' say?

But yes, as Jiri said, really it would be great to see a backtrace.
