Description of problem:
If I close my laptop's lid when the screen has already been locked my laptop does not go into suspend mode. I have to unlock the screen and then close the lid to trigger a suspend action.

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. lock screen
2. close lid

Actual results:
Laptop continues running the the screen locked.

Expected results:
Laptop goes into suspend to RAM mode.

Additional info:
Please help me pick a more specific component to report this against.
