Description of problem:
When if I change theme for cursor/mouse KDE has member old theme for plasma for apllication use new theme.after new login use new theme cursor on plasma.
for drag and drop use different everytime.

How reproducible:
everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1.change theme for cursor in systemsettings
2.move cursor from plasma to some applications
3.KDE member old theme on plasma.
  
Actual results:
KDE use different theme for cursor on plasma/applications

Expected results:
KDE use one theme cursor for all plasma/Drag and Drop/applications.

ksysguard don't work meter for CPU

when I call ksysguard with ctrl+esc or from krunner, in this ksyguard dont work meter for CPU

reproduce everytime

kdebase-4.4.1-1.fc14.x86_64

Uh, this is a completely separate issue, please file a separate bug report for the ksysguard issue.

The root cause of the cursor issue appears to be bug 571039.
