Description of problem:
Unable to run system-config-httpd. When run from a terminal window - last line shows:

/lib64/libgmodule-2.0.so.0.2200.5/usr/share/system-config-httpd/system-config-httpd: line 4: 22612 Aborted                 (core dumped) /usr/bin/python /usr/share/system-config-httpd/ApacheConf.py

How reproducible: Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a terminal window
2. run system-config-httpd
3. receive error
