Description of problem:
ntpstat not shows time accuracy and poll interval

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ntp-4.2.6p1-1.fc13.i686

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run ntpstat.
  
Actual results:
synchronised to NTP server (12.34.56.78) at stratum 3 
accuracy unknown
poll interval unknown

Expected results:
accuracy and poll interval should be shown.

Additional info:
I use the same configuration as in nntp-4.2.4p8-1.fc12 but in F12 ntpstat shows time accuracy and poll interval.
