Description of problem:
Get same job notification mail for many times at same time. My zimbra responded slowly for some time.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Beaker Version - 0.5.41

How reproducible:
Submit many xmls like fourty and some of them will be aborted. Then we will get many abortion notifications.

Actual results:
Mail box gets jammed.

Expected results:
Only one mail for one event.

Additional info:
I have diffed two of the same mails and found they have same content.

Possible fix in git.  Testing now.  Hopefully can go out Tomorrow.

Fixed in Current Release.
