Description of problem:
PackageKit doesn't check whether driver is installed, before installing printer driver

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
PackageKit-0.6.5-1.fc13.x86_64


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Plug in a new printer.
  
Actual results:
If the driver is already installed, it will still search for it and ask you to install, and, giving you an error.

Expected results:
If the driver is already installed, just show a messagebox or notify.

Additional info:
This bug is concerned with user experience.

This looks just like the PackageKit bug I reported a few months ago.
