Description of problem:
Printing a textfile (like the attached one) gives gibberish, the non-ASCII caracters are interpreted as 2 weird characters each.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
a2ps-4.14-11.fc14.x86_64

How reproducible:
Each time you try to print an non-ASCII text...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. a2ps -1 --output=testfile.ps
2.
3.
  
Actual results:
Gibberish in testfile.ps

Expected results:
A reasonable representation of the original text

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 14 development cycle.
Changing version to '14'.
