Description Perry Myers 2010-07-02 13:48:09 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #595380 +++

Description of problem:
Presently libvirt ESX driver only supports direct connections to ESX hosts. Need to add support for ESX driver to talk to Virtual Center so that we can take advantage of VC ability to track guests through migrations across ESX hosts.

This issue is already tracked for 6.1 in bug 595380, which this one is a clone of. Furthermore, as discussed in comments 2 and 4 of that bug, fence agents won't be able to utilize vCenter support which was merged into upstream libvirt. Shouldn't we just close this RHEL-5 bug then?

Comment 4 Perry Myers 2010-09-16 11:48:40 UTC
Yes, closing as WONTFIX.
