They expired in October 2009 in fact. We enabled them, but had to disable since it caused regression with autohinting stuff. There's a bug filed about it with lots of history, can't find it right now. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 14 development cycle. Changing version to '14'.
