Description of problem:
Clicking the entries of a torn-away menu in Emacs has no effect.

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a menu.
2. Click on the "- - - - -" at the top to tear it away.
3. Click on the entries.

Oops, this actually isn't an Emacs bug, it's GTK2 (tornoffs don't work in GIMP, either). Reassigning.
