How to reproduce
-----
1. Boot Fedora-14 Live XFCE CD i686 (my system is Intel Core 2 with 8Gb ECC RAM)
2. Login
3. Click right mouse button on the panel (bottom of the screen), select Add New Items, then select Keyboard Layouts -> Add
4. Set Change layout option = Alt+Shift
5a. Press Close OR
5b. Try to add layout (e.g. Add -> Russia -> Typewriter -> OK).
