Description of problem:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=623742 was marked a dupe of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=624297

Therefore, the 48 CCs of #623742 should have been added to #624297 (which only has 22 CCs at the moment).

As per my understanding this is supposed to happen. Not sure why it didn't happen here. A lot of activity happened on both bugs, and looks like they were both marked dups of each other at times and reopened. Keeping that in mind, CC updating should still work.
