I'm kind of assuming this is known already, but always good to have a bug to track it. Running Rhythmbox in current Rawhide fails completely. At the console, you get this message:

[adamw@adam ~]$ rhythmbox

Gtk-ERROR **: GTK+ 3 symbols detected. Using GTK+ 2.x and GTK+ 3 in the same process is not supported
aborting...
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)
