Please use the printing troubleshooter: System->Administration->Printing, then Help->Troubleshoot. When you are asked to print a test page, print your web page. You'll be given the opportunity to save the diagnostic information as 'troubleshoot.txt' -- please attach that file to this bug report using the "Add an attachment" link above. The web page changed since I last printed it, but it still gets it wrong. For example "American With Disabilities Act website" is in black on the website, and it's green on the printed sheet. Also, the page number and printing time show up doubled in a strange way. It's still not correct, but the problems are more subtle than the original page.
