Description Eric Springer 2010-11-26 10:26:33 UTC
Description of problem:

Currently meld does not require 'patch' to be installed, but without it -- it lacks functionality.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install meld while not having patch installed
OR:
1. Remove patch, while still having meld

2. Try do SCM management comparison. i.e. cd to a git / subversion directory, and run "meld ." -- then click on a changed file

Actual results:
Throws an exception

Expected results:
It to work

Additional info:
This can be fixed by having patch installed
