Description of problem:

I click on Clone link for any recipeset (not the whole job) and I get 500 Internal error.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.5.63 

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clicking any recipeset Clone link

Actual results:
500 Internal error

Expected results:
No error. WebUI provides a form to modify and queue job xml.

An example is https://beaker.engineering.redhat.com/jobs/35944 but it works on any job.
