We print the 

FOUND MCP55 CHIP
DETECTED RESTRICTED ROUTING ON MCP55!  FLAGGING

on boot here on my machine since

fd2b5e066eff26ed569c91e740d121cee1521899

this isn't something we should be seeing during a quiet boot, these messages aren't Critical and its looks really unprofessional to produce message of this type on boot

a) they look like a real problem has occured.

b) the user can't do anything to get rid of them.

I think KERN_WARNING should be fine, since the messages will appear in the dmesg for support cases.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion
in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has 
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed 
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update release.
