Thanks for your report. Hm, sound similar to this: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=478587 I am afraid I don't have any quick fix. Ooops, did see the report was identical. Sorry about that. It is the same problem. However it currently isn't quite as bad as it once was. Seems like it happens less often or perhaps in a less annoying way. For whatever it's worth the 1.80 version with Fedora 8 and earlier never had this problem. 1.80? 1.81 was released 2003-10-20, that is > 7 years ago in the Red Hat 9 or Fedora Core 1 era. Can you remember the last "good" release? My mistake. 1.82 is what I'm running. xosview-1.9.2-1.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/xosview-1.9.2-1.fc16 xosview-1.9.2-1.fc15 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 15. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/xosview-1.9.2-1.fc15 xosview-1.9.2-1.fc17 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 17. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/xosview-1.9.2-1.fc17 How about making one for fedora 14? I just want to say to all of you that I really appreciate you fixing this and maintaining xosview. It's a really great program. I can glance up at the screen and get a sense of that is going on with any of my servers just seeing the colors and shapes. Nothing else works like this program.
