Description of problem:
When pressing Alt+Tab the window menu is opened, but the action keys are not underlined anymore (compared to the previous gnome version). But the keys still work.

So pressing Alt+Tab and then pressing M, minimizes the current window.

But pressing Alt+Tab and then pressing the cursor down key, enables the the underlining of the action keys.

The action keys should be underlined directly after pressing Alt+Tab
