Error happen on v7-1.3-10 and v7-1.3-13. But on v7-1.3-3, fencing test is normal. Reads like a regression so I've marked the 1.3+. *** Bug 641157 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Created attachment 495588 [details]
fencing test patch to ignore status return codes when system is off
Also, the patch supplies new continuation marking information so that the kernel information is logged and compared between reboots for a passing test.
Also, the patch calls the waitForLull utility before requesting the reboot from the agent to unsure various log files are complete and closed. This bug does not need a Tech Note because of: 1. A Red Hatter reported it 2. It only happened in an intermediate version. An advisory has been issued which should help the problem described in this bug report.
