Description of problem:
prior releases rendered a feedback message stating that the provider or the providerAccount was delete successfully.  These messages no longer exists.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  create a provider
2.  delete the provider (see provider is removed but no flash message is present)
3.  repeat #1 & #2 for provider accounts and see the same result
  
Actual results:
no feedback

Expected results:
feedback message stating operation was successful

I noticed this is the case for not just provider accounts, but also users. The issue may be through out the webui. You may want to open a bug for any other page that may have a similar issue.

In the 2011-04-15 AMI (ami-18fa0671), deleting provider accounts now shows a feedback flash message. 

Deleting providers still does not however.
