Description of problem: prior releases rendered a feedback message stating that the provider or the providerAccount was delete successfully. These messages no longer exists. I noticed this is the case for not just provider accounts, but also users. The issue may be through out the webui. You may want to open a bug for any other page that may have a similar issue.

Created attachment 492916 [details] account deleted no has feedback In the 2011-04-15 AMI (ami-18fa0671), deleting provider accounts now shows a feedback flash message. Deleting providers still does not however.
