How to reproduce
-----
1. Have multihead setup
2. Open firefox, make it maximized
3. Open activities
4. Try to move the FF window by mouse from current desktop to the one below

Correction - ignore steps to reproduce from comment 0, it can be triggered by:

1) Make sure you have only one windows active (gnome-terminal for example)
2) Open activities overview
3) In the desktops list on the right side, drag the window and drop it in next desktop (below)

How to reproduce
-----
1. Right-click the title bar of a terminal window.
2. Select "Move to workspace down".

This was right after login. The terminal window was on the first and only workspace.
