NOTE: the messages above were offset by 1 row, so it made a stair effect.
Also this isnt what happened the time when I got the <0>Kernel panic: Attempted
to kill init! message.

Expected Results: It should have installed.

Additional info:

What a pain this is. I would devote some time to brainstorming a digital way
to capture a BSOD dump. It took a sum of 10 minuets to copy that....

It was also crashing on the normal install same place and the lowres install
same place. But I could not get any info from that. I ran the 'linux
mediacheck' on all 3 cd's and all passed.

I also looked for this problem in the bug database bugzilla, but I am not sure
if I found anything truly similar.

My computer spec:
==================
AMD XP 1800+ (standard fan)
Abit KR7A-133 MB (non-raid)
1024GB DDR
WD 40 GB HDD
S3 Virge V+ 1mb PCI graphics
Sony 52x EIDE CDROM
HP 1.44 mb Floppy
HANA 14" monitor VGA
Dell Quietkey 101 keyboard
MS Intellimouse (scroll wheel)
==============================

I was planning on using RedHat for my business, but from things like this I am
not sure I want to. It doesnt seem you are any better off then windows. I am
not in the habbit of paying for anything that doesnt function properly.

The GUI versions will crash on "Transferring install image to hard drive"
without fail every time for sever install. Seems independant of what I am
selecting.

I did get the install to tell it worked with the workstation using the GUI
install. But then on reboot, it stalls on looking for a boot disk. It doesnt
see anything??

Do I need to set the boot to run from a different disk?
I burned the CD's on a Sony 24x burner... using KODAK GOLD cd's, but I have not
problems with ANY cd I have ever burned.

Both my main computer and server are new as of 4 months.

Transfering to kernel component.

Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of
