Description of problem:
After an install from the KDE Live CD spin, the first boot wizard runs. If you try to set up network identification, a popup dialog comes up for entering the configuration detains, but its impossible to type in it.
Apparently there is no window manager in the display, so the new dialog does not get a keyboard focus.

2. Boot to the first boot wizard
3. Try to setup network identification

Its impossible to type anything in any of the fields in the network identification dialog.

It should be possible to enter information in the network identification dialog.

This bug is related to bug#683629
I tried to reproduce this and during the first boot (meaning really the first boot after install) I got the kdedrc not writable error message, and the popup windows had no decorations, and keyboard was not working.
I tried to restart, and during the second boot, I had no kdedrc error message, and popup windows had decorations and keyboard works just fine.
So it looks like the kdedrc file got created with correct permissions later.
Indeed, this is exactly the same bug as bug #683629. The focus issues are a direct result of the lack of a window manager.
