/me too! Unfortunately, we have to use the PS/2 protocol by default in anaconda to avoid making mouse usage impossible for folks without wheel mice. And changing the mouse protocol to IMPS/2 on the fly with the X server running doesn't work either as the mouse has already been initialized at that point and reinitializing it confuses it. So unfortunately, without the ability to do better probing of PS/2 mice, this is impossible to do. Right now, yes. ;o) Think positive! ;o) s/WONTFIX/DEFERED/ ;o) |
