Description of problem:
On a netbook, 1024x600 display, when launching Evolution for the first time, the walk through wizard for setting up your accounts etc. The dialog is too high to fit on a 1024x600 display, is not resizable and unable to follow through with the setup.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.After a fresh install (or new account), launch evolution

Actual results:
Dialog appears to welcome you to the evolution setup, instructs you to press the forward button. However, there's no forward button visible on screen.

Expected results:
Dialog would scale to fit the screen height of the available screen, have the ability to scroll or both.

Thanks for a bug report. Similar one had been reported recently, thus I'm marking this as a duplicate of it.
