Description of problem:
I created a custom dashboard. In the left column I have the Favorite Resources portlet and in the right column I have the Inventory Summary portlet. When I move the Favorite Resources portlet to the right hand column below the Inventory Summary portlet, the bottom of the portlet keeps flickering. If I move it back to the left hand column, the flickering stops. I have tried arranging the portlets in differently in different orders, and it only happens with the approach already described. I produced this both on Chrome 10 on Fedora, Chrome 10 on Mac OS X, and on Firefox 4 on Mac OS X.
