Description of problem:
Shutting down from GDM has no effect.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gdm-3.0.0-1.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select 'shut down' or 'restart' from the top right menu in GDM.
  
Actual results:
Nothing happens.

Expected results:
The computer should shut down.
