patch to actually add a hyphen glyph none

patch to actually add a hyphen glyph

Lohit Telugu has a defined glyph for hyphen-minus, but it is empty, resulting in "invisible" hyphens in Telugu text in some cases. I provided a patch adding a contour for the hyphen glyph. I changed its advance width as well.
