Description of problem:
English instead of French in Firefox under a french locale.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
firefox-4.0.1-2.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
Depends on the account.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora 15 in French.
2. Run Firefox from an existing account (account previously used with Fedora 114, 13, ...)
3. Firefox menu items appear in English.
  
Actual results:
GUI is in English.

Expected results:
GUI is in French.

Additional info:
Thunderbird 3 does display its menu in French (thunderbird-3.1.10-1.fc15.x86_64).
Firefox 4 does have a Franch langpack installed: /usr/lib64/firefox-4/langpacks/langpack-fr.org.xpi
Menus appear in French when running Firefox from a pristine account. So there's probably something wrong with the account. However Firefox would display menus in French from this account and before installing Fedora 15 (machine previously running Fedora 14).

Removing link .mozilla/extensions/{ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384}/langpack-fr.org which pointed to a non-existent file fixed this issue.

I hadn't added this link myself. It had somehow been added by Firefox and/or Fedora. This is an issue with upgrading systems from Firefox 3 to Firefox 4.
