Description geminic86 2011-05-31 08:20:05 UTC
SELinux is preventing /sbin/drbdadm from using the 'sys_tty_config' capabilities.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests ***************************

If you believe that drbdadm should have the sys_tty_config capability by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# grep drbdadm /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

Comment 1 Dominick Grift 2011-05-31 08:32:06 UTC
drbdadm probably does not need this access. Did you notice any loss of functionality?

Comment 2 Dominick Grift 2011-05-31 08:53:35 UTC
If it turns out that it really needs it , then i will undo this:

Comment 3 Daniel Walsh 2011-05-31 15:36:41 UTC
I agree, we probably need this fix in RHEL6 also.
