Sorry, thought the comment would have been added to #604288. That's why I didn't explained again how it happened... How to reproduce ----- 1. Open gschem 2. Place one component in the design (i.e. 'aop-std-1.sym', which is the first one in the first group 'Basic Devices') 3. Then, in the component window, go to "In use" tab 4. Select that component (I think you just need to select _any_ component in the list), and click on "refresh" button Seems it is a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=604288. This is happening even after updating to geda-gaf-1.6.2-2.fc15, as I commented in #604288 before the package was pushed to stable. I have applied the patch on geda-gaf which fixes this issue. If you are running F-16, you can pull the RPM from here http://koji.fedoraproject.org/scratch/chitlesh/task_3563254/ In the meantime, I'll push it to fedora-testing repositories. geda-gaf-1.6.2-4.fc15 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 15. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/geda-gaf-1.6.2-4.fc15 geda-gaf-1.6.2-4.el5 has been submitted as an update for Fedora EPEL 5. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/geda-gaf-1.6.2-4.el5 geda-gaf-1.6.2-4.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/geda-gaf-1.6.2-4.fc16 geda-gaf-1.6.2-4.el6 has been submitted as an update for Fedora EPEL 6. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/geda-gaf-1.6.2-4.el6 Package geda-gaf-1.6.2-4.el5: * should fix your issue, * was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 5 testing repository, * should be available at your local mirror within two days. Update it with: # su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing geda-gaf-1.6.2-4.el5' as soon as you are able to.
