Hmmmmm.... Good point. I'll investigate the possibility of changing this and update soon... The service names are named based on the names of the executables for consistency. After discussing this with our development team, we have decided that the current way of naming the service is correct. Ok, I understand your position. I posted the bug because I found many users not knowing howto to enable the pop3 service because thay started searching at the letter "P", from Pop3, in ntsysv. Anyway, thanks for the support. I already know that ipop3 is a pop3 service, just wanted to help newies. |
