Description Paul Lange 2011-06-20 19:06:37 UTC
Description of problem:

I imported an old account from an 2.x version. This works some time but then
Evolution starts to downlaod all messages again which is really annoying because
it downloads over 1000 mails.
I already filed this upstream:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=650027

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.0.2

Thanks for a bug report. I do not think this is Fedora specific, thus let's move to your upstream bug report.

Comment 3 Paul Lange 2011-06-21 16:07:28 UTC
Seems like the bug is fixed upstream. Could you please patch the evolution package since this is really annoying.

Comment 4 Milan Crha 2011-06-22 05:46:47 UTC
The complete fix is for both evolution-data-server and evolution. And evolution-data-server is part of critical path update, thus it makes it quite hard to update. Nonetheless, the evo part may help for most cases here, I believe, because the disconnect after done with update may save trouble for most cases. I'll build evolution for you.

Good, thanks for installing it. It would be nice if you could write a comment into the update, and maybe set a karma there too.
