Description of problem: I imported an old account from an 2.x version. This works some time but then Evolution starts to downlaod all messages again which is really annoying because it downloads over 1000 mails. I already filed this upstream: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=650027 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.0.2
Thanks for a bug report. I do not think this is Fedora specific, thus let's move to your upstream bug report.

Seems like the bug is fixed upstream. Could you please patch the evolution package since this is really annoying.
The complete fix is for both evolution-data-server and evolution. And evolution-data-server is part of critical path update, thus it makes it quite hard to update. Nonetheless, the evo part may help for most cases here, I believe, because the disconnect after done with update may save trouble for most cases. I'll build evolution for you.
evolution-3.0.2-3.fc15 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 15. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/evolution-3.0.2-3.fc15
Works fine so far. Thanks a lot for your help!
Good, thanks for installing it. It would be nice if you could write a comment into the update, and maybe set a karma there too.
evolution-3.0.2-3.fc15 has been pushed to the Fedora 15 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
